Eileen's roots trace back to the close-knit community of Rhode Island, where she was raised alongside her parents and eight siblings. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes the bond she shares with her siblings.

In 1992, Eileen made Austin her home. Initially drawn to the city's allure, she soon found herself captivated by its charm, eventually building her family with her husband and raising their three children in Austin's dynamic landscape.

With a passion for aiding families, Eileen became an Early Intervention Specialist, supporting families with special needs infants. Her commitment to community service extends beyond her profession, as she volunteers with various organizations, providing meals for the homeless and supporting parents in the Foster Care system.

Currently, Eileen ensures compliance in Affordable Housing regulations. Her dedication to her clients and their residents shines through as she navigates regulatory requirements with expertise.

Outside of work, Eileen enjoys nurturing her garden, crafting pottery, and exercising. She also treasures time spent caring for her parents, showcasing her commitment to family and community.

Compliance Specialist

Anna is an avid traveler who loves exploring new destinations. Before joining Patricia Murphy Consulting, she lived in a small Spanish village with 250 people. Despite not knowing Spanish and no one speaking English, she adapted quickly and embraced the local culture.

As a compliance specialist, Anna helps owners of affordable housing properties. She approves new tenant files for tax credit eligibility, prepares Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing plans, aids in responding to TDHCA monitoring reports, and conducts spot checks on tenant files to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2022. She previously worked with children and families in diverse settings, learning the importance of flexibility and collaboration in stressful situations. Her background equips her with valuable skills that enhance her contributions to the team and her ability to serve clients effectively.

Compliance Specialist

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Nick has an inherent love for the outdoors and a passion for sports. Whether fishing, surfing, or enjoying time with loved ones, including his canine partner Ava, he cherishes every moment in nature.

Nick is an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist, handling file approvals, compliance monitoring for tax credit properties, property inspections, and crafting Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans. His degree in Sustainability from the University of Texas at Austin provides a strong foundation for his work.

Before joining Patricia Murphy Consulting in January 2024, Nick honed his skills at Austin Water's planning division, contributing to water supply planning projects and gaining valuable insights into urban and utility planning. This experience enhances his current focus on housing compliance, enriching his approach with a holistic understanding of community dynamics.
