Manuals or rules provided to owners and managers by the State HFA
Website content and organization
Monitoring forms and checklists used by the State HFA to ensure all required elements are covered when monitoring a property
Form letters used by the State HFA to announce monitoring visits, cite noncompliance and close out reviews
Job descriptions and performance evaluations of compliance monitoring staff. Provide suggestions on organizational structure and review, edit and/or draft Standard Operating Procedures
Provide ongoing follow up consulting services to answer questions, provide guidance in event of owner disputes, sounds off ideas and provide guidance on program changes.
