  • Tenant selection criteria

  • Social service programs

Other services include but are not limited to:

  • Review and explain monitoring letters received by State Housing Finance Agencies

  • Provide guidance on corrective action and review prior to submission

  • Review Previous Participation notices and provide guidance on an appropriate course of action and response

  • Review responses to Previous Participation notices prior to submission to TDHCA

  • Provide advice on responding to resident complaints and reasonable accommodation requests

  • Provide assistance in hiring key compliance personnel, including reviewing applications, drafting interview questions, participating in the interview process

  • Review compliance job descriptions and provide advice on employee performance evaluations

  • Provide Group or individual training on federal affordable housing programs

  • Provide Group or individual training on TDHCA specific compliance requirements
