Review and explain monitoring letters received by State Housing Finance Agencies
Provide guidance on corrective action and review prior to submission
Review Previous Participation notices and provide guidance on an appropriate course of action and response
Review responses to Previous Participation notices prior to submission to TDHCA
Provide advice on responding to resident complaints and reasonable accommodation requests
Provide assistance in hiring key compliance personnel, including reviewing applications, drafting interview questions, participating in the interview process
Review compliance job descriptions and provide advice on employee performance evaluations
Provide Group or individual training on federal affordable housing programs
Provide Group or individual training on TDHCA specific compliance requirements
